(More customer reviews)granted it's small but when you wanna shed the pounds, sacrificing is the name of the game. that being said, this is a nice treat - even more so when you refrigerate or better yet freeze it. takes a lil longer to eat and you can psyche yourself out that you have actually more to eat. let's face it, losing weight is 90% mind games and we need whatever help we can get.
