Monkey Picked Oolong Tea (guan yin - iron goddess) Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Among the varieties of Tie Guan Yin tea, the one harvested around spring has the best overall quality. Far Leaves Tie Guan Yin is truly a great tea, every steeping brings out a different flavor, make sure not to over steep since it will quickly become bitter. I usually drink it in the afternoon, preferring Far Leaves' Yunnan Black Tea, 3.5 oz in the mornings.

Numi Tea Iron Goddess of Mercy, Full Leaf Oolong Tea, Loose Leaf 16 oz bag Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)First tried this tea from a specialty store in Buffalo, NY where it sold for close to $60/lb. Love it, even though it was only 2 oz. Search the net for this tea and found it Amazon.
It's a light delicate flavorful tea that can be brewed 2 to 3 times by refreshing it with more hot water. It is non-acidic like some other teas. It need no addition of cream or sweetner. I'm currently drinking 5 to 6 cups per day as it is so delicious and light. It's not exactly a green tea when brewed but a light amber color, with the hint of a flora or fruity taste. The added plus at Amazon is the price and very quick shipping.
I would strongly recommend getting this tea for any tea lover and I'm sure they would be pleased if they enjoy a good quality chinese tea.

Legend has it the ancient Goddess of Mercy appeared to a humble farmer guiding him to nurture and care for a single tea sprout that would bring his village prosperity. From the Fujian province, China, the dark emerald green leaves that are 50% oxidized are tightly wound and unfurl imparting a smooth body and sweet finish. Its aroma is reminiscent of toasted grain and dried figs.

Stash Premium Organic Assam Tea, Black Loose Leaf, 3.5-Ounce Pouches (Pack of 3) Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)This tea isn't quite as full bodied as some other Assams but still has a great flavor. The quality is good: the leaves are small tips and there is very little tea "dust" or stems in the bag.
I have blended this 1:1 with Stash's Organic Ceylon for an easy drinking English-style tea.

The Stash Tea Company is headquartered in Portland, Oregon. Founded in 1972, the company derives its name from an entertaining aspect of tea folklore. In earlier centuries, tea was a valuable commodity traditionally transported by clipper ship. The ship's captain often was presented with some of the finest teas for his personal use. This supply was his "stash," stowed carefully as his "private reserve." Today, the term still is used to denote anything put away carefully because of its preciousness. From the Sewpur Estate in Assam, this tea brews a rich morning cup with distinctive malty Assam flavor and a red-brown liquor. We invite you to discover the pleasures of brewing and serving full leaf loose teas. Our convenient resealable pouch preserves freshness and flavor. Stash Tea has been committed to providing premium quality teas and an unsurpassed tea drinking experience. Stash begins with simply excellent tea leaves from the world's premier tea gardens and all natural botanical ingredients gathered from around the world. Meticulous blending and tasting of every tea ensures you will enjoy full flavor in every cup.
