(More customer reviews)I've tried MANY low-carb, low-calorie BBQ sauces and this is without question the best!!! I would actually rate it as being "the best" in the same category as those that are not for the health conscious! It has a little kick to it, great consistency (not as thick as some of the more sugary-type sauces) and doesn't taste like you're missing out on anything. My husband and I have both sets of our parents as well as some of our friends hooked on this. We even used it on ribs for 4th of July for company, and no one would've known that it was low-cal (normally we only do the "healthy" stuff for just us, and break out the "good" fatty stuff for company!). Definitely recommended!!!

(More customer reviews)This pudding tastes identical to Stallone's Instone brand, though it sells for a lot less. Just like Instone, this has 100 calories, and 20 grams of protein. It's creamy and very good!
I've tried the vanilla, as well, and although I almost always prefer chocolate to other flavors, the vanilla is actually better tasting than the chocolate, but this chocolate is good, too, though the flavor is just a little more bland than the vanilla. Don't mistake bland for rich-- this is EXTREMELY rich.
My kids love pudding, too, so I thought I'd try to encourage them to eat this, as well, since they could benefit once in a while from some extra protein. They did not like it. At all. As a matter of fact, my almost-four-year-old cried. I had to immediately show her that, "Look honey-- here's your Jello Pudding Chocolate Pudding!!! This is the bad pudding. Your pudding is still yummy!"

They are great if your 'throughput' is a little sluggish, they will help you up your water intake (because they are VERY dry), and they stop carb cravings because they fill your stomach. I spread a little sugar free jelly or Walden Farms sugar free chocolate sauce on them to help ease the dryness. Don't get me wrong, you need to like the taste of bran. They are sort of like all-bran got stomped by an elephant and made into a wafer. I eat them to stop my pacing the kitchen late at night or to cure the same thing around 3:30 in the afternoon, which allows me to stay on my eating program.
