It has just enough cocoa butter that it is still smooth, but it's dark enough to have a bit of bite. So very good with a merlot or shiraz. I love to crack a bar or two and put them on a pretty plate near the wine at dinner parties. And as a gift, you can't beat this particular bar for its beautiful packaging. It's the perfect Valentine's day gift.
