(More customer reviews)I enjoy a French Press cup of coffee during the afternoon but I don't want to deal with the muss and fuss of setting up and cleaning a three-cup coffee press. The SoloPress delivers delicious coffee at a reasonable price.
Each French Press kit comes with a flexible plunger, filter, stainless steel spring and 100% Arabica coffee. The SoloPress uses an infusion process that allows coarsely ground coffee to float and steep in 10 ounces of hot water. You control the process and can decide whether to brew mild (2 minutes), rich (3 minutes) or bold (>4 minutes). I can't emphasize enough that this is a quick and easy process with no mess to clean up. I've tried the SoloPress on a variety of coffee cups and mugs, too, and have had no trouble operating the flexible plunger.
The compact size and portability of the French Press kits surprised my co-workers (they bring three-cup coffee presses to work). I was able to brew two cups of coffee using my SoloPress kits in the same amount of time. Most importantly, I didn't need to dispose of grounds or wash out a coffee press, saving me time.
