These are 100% Vegan, they have no cholesterol, no trans fat, and they are 100% organic! The flavor is awesome and the texture sublime. Shady Maple Farms is a company I really respect for their philosophy and their products are all amazingly good. It looks like it's becoming harder and harder to find them, I really hope they won't discontinue them...
