It's a little like a duck sauce with a kick....yum. Also used it with panko (unflavored) on tilapia (used the sauce instead of egg and flour).

(More customer reviews)When I first saw the Iron Chef sauces I thought they were probably a cheap product trying to take advantage of a popular TV show. But I decided to try one and I am glad I did. These are the best collection of asian cooking sauces I have ever tasted! My favorite is the General Tso's followed by the Sesame Garlic. The Teriyaki and Hoisin are also wonderful. The only one I am not a big fan of is the Sweet Pepper and Garlic. Try these, they are excellent.

(More customer reviews)i love salt but these r very salty and very very strong in flavor! I use these but i add regular bread crumbs or plain panko to the other flavors VERY STRONG and a bit on the salty side, this coming from someone who loves salt. (I like to add salt to my food I don't like when it is salty to begin with). The regular panko is great and i would order that in the future but not the already flavored ones (way to strong, especially the mustard) the garlic one is ok, I also added regular to that one and it was acutally pretty good, I could have added my own powdered garlic and italian seasoning to regular panko to get the same effect.

(More customer reviews)This is a very good sauce, to be used either as a marinade or just right into the oven sauce. I use it regularly for chicken. It can also be used for salmon and shrimp. Eliminates the hassle of having to make my own orange-ginger marinade from scratch, which i used to do using orange marmalade, orange juice, salt and orange zest. However, it is $4.50 a bottle at my local grocer and i feel THAT is too high, so i went looking here at Amazon only to find it even more overpriced at $7.14. I will not pay that.

(More customer reviews)I've never found take out General Tso's that is not deep fried, but with this sauce you can cook some chicken breast or thighs in a pan, put them over rice and broccoli or mixed veggies, pour on the sauce and microwave to make a reasonably healthy meal. It isn't quite as spicy as some restaurants, but you could always buy some peppers to add.
